When you order a sandwich that comes with bacon it should be cooked, right??? Pretty gross biting into that. Thanks Lenny?s! I feel like I really got my $18 worth on this one

This is the absolute worst Lenny?s in the state of Tennessee. I order a chicken Philly an was told I wasn?t allowed to put mixed greens on my sandwich once arrived. The owner of this location was here at the time an was very rude to his employees, yelling from the back of the kitchen ? HURRY UP? I will never spend my money here again!?????????? This isn?t the sandwich I ordered

My husband accidentally ordered here instead of Arlington. He was unable to cancel his order and the manager/owner was beyond ridiculous over the phone. He wouldn?t allow him to cancel and informed him that he didn?t place the order. After face to face visit he offered from items which were declined- gas is too expensive and everyone makes mistakes. Are you that desperate for customers? If so try improving your customer service. Welcome

I waited 20 minutes then went to go pick up my order. After I paid they gave me my sandwiches, I was missing one of them because someone forgot to make it, and they made no effort to rectify the situation. Great customer service guys, really made my day.

The customer service is terrible and if you do not ask you will not receive. Note: the menu does not tell you what is a available. Good luck because I had no salt and pepper on my sandwiches and they gave me the wrong sandwich.
