The young evening lead really impressed my husband and I with their kindness. She looked tired and ready to go home, but she was very polite while she was waiting for us. I wish I noticed her name.

Was nice.. Everyone had on a mask the correct way and wore gloves. Very friendly and fast.

You should take milkshakes off the menu because they are never available. All McDonald?s, but this location especially.. The cashiers hardly ever say thank you. They need to have customer service training. I?m not dumb. I know the machine is working, they are just too lazy to clean it. I?ve had them tell me so , when you are lucky to get an honest person. But seriously the McDonald?s being out of milkshakes have been happening for years. It?s been a running joke on Facebook. So do yourselves a favor and take them off the menu, so customers don?t get so upset after almost always being told the machine is broke.

My family and drove from McDonald?s location at 2835 south Florida Avenue to McDonald?s location at 1715 Bartow road to get a refill, because the previous south Florida Avenue location refused to refill my granddaughter drink. I want to thank grove park McDonald?s for satisfying my granddaughter?s thirst. I love you guys for no questions asked. I?ve always had issues with 2835 south Florida Avenue McDonald?s location with the wrong order, cold food and wrong drink, poor management. They should be shut down. Grove park location is great and we are grateful.
