Sumo Sushi - Lakeland

Loved this place so much, I would go usually every other week with friends and family, I drove there today with a friend to find that it was empty and gutted out, I thought this place got good business, so sad to see it gone it was definitely one of my favorite places to eat Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Always loved sumo! Definitely was always a favorite but it has been a about a year since I've been. I tried to get the same thing as always. It was wrong as is they don't have it or changed the name and in that I had to wait outside with my two kids, crying, waiting on order to be fixed and instead of giving the roll they mess up they throw it away and give no discount or anything after speaking with gm!!! Uhm okay! Very disappointed! Sushi lover but will definitely never have my business again. Fancy q all the way

Best sushi place I've found in Lakeland. Easily comparable to great restaurants in Tampa and Orlando for the quality and presentation of the food. Try to go two or three times a month at least. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50

Aside from great sushi at reasonable prices, it's the only place in Lakeland that I know of that has a conveyor running small sushi plates around to all the tables. It's a little small inside, but it's great quality. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
