The breakfast wraps are a joke! Barely any egg and bacon just a bunch of cheese.

It does not mention that the wrap is spicy. The pickled onions had a very sour smell and taste.

Shame too, because I really enjoy the food and the smoothes, but its expensive, so that the following is unacceptable? Worst of all it?s very dirty inside, staff are either not well trained or do not want to be there, not with gloves and touch everything before my sandwich, my simple order from the menu without substitutions is always wrong, staff also forget elements I ordered, the interior is very cramped, and with a slow staff this leads to a build of people standing around when you choose to sit at a table, you people standing next to. The delivery drivers also have no option but to hand over truck accessories directly through the crowded dining area. I can think about 20 other better places to eat than here, especially at this price point.

This tropical smoothie location is always extremely terrible. Staff never know what they do at all, none of them comes close enough training and they get paid little to work there. The waiting period is close to an hour for an online order. Actually, I don't even blame the workers. The franchise owner who is the problem. She saw a girl last week text on her phone with her gloves and then roll a sandwich with the same gloves. Who knows how clean this place is. I will wait for my copy and paste response from the owner that I have a claim to the tropical smoothie website lol. Save your money and go somewhere else.
