The Wendy on South Florida, I love Wendy? Your food is good, but with the right people. My order was wrong, I had a missing sandwich. So I'll call her and they'll tell me I'll pick up one in the window. I'm going back to get it that way? I have a lot of time and I have a lot of gas to waste. That could have been prevented when I asked the employees if everything was in the bag? She said yes. There were no napkins, no sauces and no sandwich.

I'm usually one to leave very friendly and high-lifting reviews, which is one of my lowest reviews. I usually leave realistic reviews and at this moment I find myself sad from the review that I have to leave. After the order, I was greeted and asked to proceed with my order. Shortly after the order I was asked to keep and then the process continued after about one minute. The tightening up to paying the window lasted a minute and I think it was on a bigger order, understandably so. Once in the window I was not filled with such goodness. It was short and seemed a little hurry. After I paid for myself, I waited 10 minutes or so, just to get up. The van in front of me had to pull the door. I found myself waiting for my food a few minutes, that warned piping hot as I expected to lead to frustration to make things worse, I saw the young man who placed my food in the bad look at the entrance and then remove it from the pocket. So I'm not even able to follow with full details. Long story short I was very bad with my service and the way I felt I was treated. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else and stop with me. So for fast food it took 20 minutes to get a #3 medium, tell me that is acceptable as fast food? Good luck to this location in the future, because I will take my business elsewhere for a good time.

Nice people work there. Fast and friendly service. Food was fresh...hot and very tasty. I had an enjoyable experience there.

I love this Wendy's in this location and all the team they know how to do they job....this Wendy's is very clean and I love the area is very close to my home.......one more thing is how fast they prepare my food and how great customer service they know how to do the JOB ............Excellent Work ????.
