Wendy's - Lakeland

Absolute TRASH! I ordered a caesar salad and requested to substitute the chicken for spicy. I also asked for extra caesar sauce and croutons to come home w absolutely no sauce or croutons in my bag. I dont think its that hard to make sure everything apaying customer asked for is in the bag. Then when i try to call no one answers. very ghetto.

This is a significantly poor product quality producing Wendy?s. I highly advise no one to eat at this establishment. Just drive a few more minutes down the road to another Wendy?s. The customer service is really bad, and the food is worse. I have nevervisited this restaurant and was satisfied. Bad bad bad, save your money and time.

I really enjoy the number one option, but I prefer it without mayo and with a baked potato instead of fries.

Clean, nice Wendy?s. Not sure why the door was locked? I thought this was open for order at the counter?

Faster than most Wendy's drive thrus. Especially considering the volume.
