Feedback gevenI have received impeccable service from a young woman named Selu at this restaurant. She has served me in the drive-thru in the mornings. Selu is very well-spoken and polite, and I believe she will become an amazing leader. She always helps me start my day off right. I am the customer who orders a Medium Almond Latte every day.
I have tried McDonald's in various locations around the world, and it has always maintained a consistent standard of quality food. However, my experience dining at the McDonald's in Lakemba was disappointing. It did not meet the expectations I typically have for a McDonald's restaurant.
On my way to home from work and tries to send the reward code from a friend to buy the $6 deal for two mcclassics. I tried to use the kiosk, but showed error message. then I ask him to process him. the personal asked me to use the kiosk and failed. when she went back to the counter, she began to serve others and ignored me! later she left! then another boy came and served me to get a refreshing code from my friend who did not yet work in her system. after a few minutes he went away from the counter to do something else! a few minutes later I heard him and he called for help. a dame came, the code didn't work then, she asked me to get a new one. I told her this is the new one! She said she couldn't edit my order unless I can get her new code! I've been there for 20 minutes, and the last two employees went away twice! What a terrible customer service! I have not even mentioned years back they gave us a terrible taste of fanta, which like mixing fanta, sprit and lemon bitterly tasted......we do not return to the same place!
I used uber eats to get McDonald delivered. An my partner ordered sauce an it didn't come an its happened like 3-5 time prior an McDonald never do anything bout it. An our food was a medium even tho we played extra to get large.
Ordered takeaway (order no. 140) sausage egg mcmuffin, hash brown, Coke zero NO ice.. Took the order drove home.. Opened the mcmuffin was shocked to see just egg in the bun, NO SAUSAGE !!!! The Coke zero also was FULL of ice.....Started calling the restaurant on 97403293 for more than an hour to complain but the phone seemed to be of the hook as it was constantly busy.. Thank you for a GREAT experience..
