Went there during nightmarkets, asked if I could be seated for dine in, guy in charge replied saying we couldn 't there wasn 't any space (even though I could a 4-seater table) I said no worries could we just order for takeaway he said we couldn 't. Went to leave then came back in as I needed to use the toilet and was familiar with the place so knew there was one straight ahead, the guy was speaking with another customer and blocked my way with his body to which I said sorry just wanto use the bathrooms to which he says, no and continues standing in the way of the hallway to the bathroom so I couldn 't go through. Surprsied at this response, ro confirm if i heard correctly i ask, I can 't use the toilet? his response is no, customers only . If never before been told i am not to use the toilet of a service, especially one in which I tried to be a customer of. Very unsatisfactory experience and I will not be eating here again. Ps. First negative review I 've left anywhere which says something as I usually have a high threshold but this experience hit differently as it made me feel so small and uncomfortable to be addressed in such a way and refused to use the bathroom. Especially when I was not familiar with the area and there were no public toilets around..
Very disappointed experience and bad quality food as it was not fresh and we felt sick and had bad stomach after eating. On 11 May 2022 at 12:30 pm, we ordered mixed skewers lunch pack and we were unsatisfied and disappointed with the taste and the quality of the food. I don't think we going to eat from there again.
Worst meat shawarma ever! half the portion is fat and totally burnt out!! others tried the chicken and it was ok.
Recently had a family gathering at Lazeez. Excellent quality of food and generous portions. Well worth a visit particularly for big groups. Foo Foo will look after you :
