Big Georges Coney Island - LAKEPORT

Delicious breakfast! While it's not gourmet (it's just a cone, after all), the food is served hot, fresh, and in generous portions. The omelets are massive. My only complaint is that it’s quite chilly inside; they seem to have the air conditioning cranked up way too high.

The chicken dinner was impressive! The chicken was tender and flavorful, perfectly cooked without being dry. I paired it with the rice pilaf, which complemented the dish nicely.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I've tried many Coney Islands in Detroit, and this one stands out as one of the best. It's significantly better than what I've had in Port Huron and far superior to the old Stav's, which I do miss a bit. However, I'm extremely happy with the food here and wouldn't want to go anywhere else now!

Came here on the lab day. A pretty line out the door with many people also to go their orders. Waiting was minimal (20 minutes with a part of 9 before us). Only two girls work waiters and they were KILLING IT! So fast and sweet to everyone, really great attitude, very supportive for each other tables to make sure everyone was taken care of. BOH staff was also fire. Everything was perfect. 10/10 would recommend that Essen ahhmazing but I would return for the service alone

Best chicken pitas and chicken noodle soup around! Still have oberon available on tap, hurry before it's out of season again!
