If you ask me is this real Chinese? I'd say the tofu is the closest one. If you ask me whether it's woth trying, I'd say it's at least Chinese and it's good we have it in town.
This place was amazing, took my partner here for his birthday, when I called to book they made sure I had the best seat in the house, the staff were super friendly and the meals were outstanding!
The food was fresh and absolutely amazing.I was a little baffled when ordering the prawn toasts as an entree to be told they had run out, come on, you are right on the sea, there's really no excuse for running out of seaford. We ordered the King Garlic prawn stir-fry, sizzling beef steak and special fried rice. The prawns were fresh, tasty and a generous serving. The sizzling beef steak with chinese bbq sauce was fresh, sizzling hot and cooked to perfection. The fried rice was the best I have ever tasted and would return for this dish alone. All dishes were presented very authentically.I would say the only fault was that upon being seated at 8pm we were told the kitchen was closed and there was only a limited menu available. We decided we would give the place a try as we had our heart set on Chinese and we were so glad we did. We were seated in a corner table overlooking the water/marina and it was absolutely amazing. The waitress was very attentive, very helpful and full of local knowledge. Although staff were cleaning around us, we were made to feel like there qas no rush at all.A must visit if you are in Lakes Entrance. I will definitely be coming back here
We booked a table yesterday for 6.30. We were told we might have to wait for our food, but we didn't have to wait too long. We ordered three mains and a rice between the two of us, but the waitress warned us it was a lot of food. So glad we listened to her, as two mains and a rice was more than enough. Highly recommend the sizzling Mongolian beef. Prices are quite high, but considering the portion sizes, the quality of the food, awesome views and friendly staff, I think it's worth the money.
Booked a table to surprise my fiancé whilst visiting from the UK. My fiancé has always wanted I come here but in 40 odd years of living here never has. Amazing food, amazing service, and definitely worth a visit. Would be amazing at sun set. Was lovely to sit and watch the boats come in and out as we sat talking and eating amazing food.
