Arby's - Lakeside

Honestly, the advertisements are so misleading that I'm not sure I want to go back. I ordered the Diablo Chicken but received the roast beef Diablo instead. It wasn't very spicy and felt like it was hastily prepared. I managed to eat it without any issues, but the quality has definitely declined. My mom only ate half of her sandwich and didn't touch it again.

I had a half-pound roast beef sandwich, and it was excellent. The service was also quite satisfactory.

Fantastic family-style Italian dining! I had some of the best meat sauce I've tasted in a long time, even compared to the top places in San Diego.

Went to this unit because I had a problem with another one. Everything is so expensive that poor service and wrong product is frustrating. I had let them know of the other issue and was sent a free meal coupon. I appreciate that. It was for any sandwich,fry and drink. Asked for a peach lemonade and was told no. Really? I also bought other items and one of the sandwiches was madewrong. EDIT: Was almost immediately contacted by the store manager. He made no excuses, listened to what i had to say,apologized and fixed the issue. Corporate reads these reviews too and replies. Outstanding!! Mistakes are made, but how they arehandled is the issue.

There is something about going to any Arby's that triggers memories for me. Whenever I did well in school or sports, my mom would take me for a chicken and curly snack box (2 chicken strips and a side of curly fries) and a Jamocha shake, it was almostlike a value menu thing. But those are long gone. Getting those curly fries always brings back those memories. After all theseyears I feel the food is still pretty good even tho those big deals from back in the day have all but disappeared!!!
