Unfortunately, COVID has caused most buffets to close permanently. However, the ambiance, service (by Myleen), food quality value at Sage Cafe made us quickly forget that disappointment. She brought us a basket of assorted breads as soon as we were seated (overlooking their lake) and took our order. My cobb salad salmon was grilled to perfection my husband rated his philly cheesesteak with garlic fries extremely tasty. Portions were so huge we took half our meals home, so didn't try the desserts, which looked delicious as they passed by us to other diners.

Previous reviews stated the casino was too cheap to purchase a liquor license. Alcohol only served in restaurants, not in casino. Reason is the responsible decision to limit consumption due to hazardous drive on Wildcat Canyon Road and help decrease serious accidents. I applaud the decision.

Good quality ice cream,but great customer service by Felicia is what makes the place the best. The sweetest kindest person even when she is working by herself always greets you with a smile and asks how you are and proceeds with getting you exactly what you want. We have been to multiple Northern California casinos. This one is very neatly laid out, lots of space between slot machine clusters. Clean an well-maintained. And the payout ratios seem quite good. Plus the food court has good options and reasonable prices. Parking was easy, even during the busy Thanksgiving long weekend.

I usually have a good time a Barona. They have some free beverages. Employees really try to be courteous. Food court is reasonably. Free parking is usually available close to entrance. Dealers try to be fair. Country roads give a nice try to the casino. Not quite the variety of games as Las Vegas. Card Craps. Had a positive impression overall.
