Feedback gevenDrive- thru line was out to the street, so I decided to walk in. Place an order at 9:37am. Waited about 15mins, finally got my food when they called my number, but didn 't get my O.J. I asked, and the reply was, We are working on it. Long story short, after 40 minutes of placing my order and then waiting for my drink, I asked for a refund and left at 10:25am. I 'm done with McD.
Ordered a caramel iced coffee and was served what looks like just caramel cream. Tastes horrible and the girl that made it at the window said I swear there’s coffee in that hahaha while the guy at the window was complaining about being hungry bc he missed breakfast and how there are better places to eat. Service has been horrible ever since undergoing new management, I haven’t had a decent experience since.
Everyone knows McDonald's. I will say, for a while, they got a bad name for always messing up orders. However, in recent years, their locations have been upgraded and quality of service has improved. I don't eat fast food often, but It's our go-to place for reliability, consistency, and cleanliness.Parking: Dozens of parking spots always available.Kid-friendliness: McDonald's has been upgrading their locations. My kids love the game tables and self service kiosks.
Lol told me the fries had just came up and they were lukewarm, half were soggy. At least be honest and say you’re too lazy to give hot fries.
The a.m. people during the week are great other than that they all suck. They always get my order wrong and the a.m. weekend people never do an iced coffee right. I'm tired of getting home after working 10 hours and my order is all wrong. Hire new
