Had a bad experience here. I ordered my food on line and came to pick up my food 20 minutes later. When I got there someone was placing a to go order. The waitress was telling the cook to go ahead and start my on line order . He said No, I’m going to work start with the order that was just placed. We already behind. I asked her did he just say he was not going to cook my food first. She said yes and that she’d told him that was not right. I asked for a refund and now have to wait 2 3 days to see the refund. This is unacceptable and not good customer service. I will definitely not go back. Poor service and attitude .

I paid for my dad’s order . Waited . Waited . Waited . Customers came in , placed an order , and actually got their orders before I did. My dad’s order was sitting on the counter . I’ve waited . Waited . It took forever just to get his order . If the workers paid attention and tend to customers and instead of having a conversation amongst themselves , I’m pretty sure their ratings would’ve been higher. If you don’t mind the long wait and being ignored by the workers then go for it . This is my last time at this establishment.
