Arby's - Lakewood

This Arby's was very clean and I received excellent customer service. Food came out quickly and tasted very fresh.

Roast beef sandwiches are worth the time to dine in. Just happened to stop for a bite. But enjoyed 3 Arby sandwiches. Prices are affordable . Not crowded Good service. Good location. 6801 Beach Blvd Buena Park CA 90620

Had their wagyu burger. It wasn't bad. I definitely tasted the beef; it had a more premium taste and quality to it for sure! I recommend getting it without pickles or even tomato if you really want to taste the beef. It was a good location, near Vons so you can get an Arby's sammich after you grocery shop : and right next to Daiso so you can shop even more.

On one occasion, I placed an order that charged my card twice, but the staff refused to hand over the food, claiming it hadn’t gone through on their end. Even after I showed them the order and the charges, they still wouldn't fulfill it. To make matters worse, a person who identified as the manager laughed at my mom's frustration, which felt incredibly disrespectful. In another instance, a family member ordered food for us to pick up, but when we arrived, they said they didn’t have the item. Although their system marked the order as complete and had already charged us, we never received the food and had to dispute the charges with our card company to get a refund. During a separate visit, we placed an order through the app and arrived at the drive-thru at 7:43 PM, but they refused to hand over our order because the system indicated it would be ready at 7:45 PM. They instructed us to park in the lot rather than allowing us to wait in the empty drive-thru line. When we returned at 7:45 PM to get our order, the food was barely warm—especially the mozzarella sticks, which were terrible and had cold cheese inside. It feels like this location takes pleasure in creating issues rather than resolving them. Unfortunately, it's the only Arby’s nearby, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not even those I might wish to see have a bad experience. This place has been operating this way for over six months, and it seems unlikely that any change will happen.
