A&w - Lakewood

The restaurant is very clean, but I found myself waiting even when it wasn't busy. It seemed like there was a bit too much focus on the customers at the front rather than on the food itself. I found it amusing, but I can't imagine anyone wanting a tie that colors like Colonel Sanders' shirt. Overall, the food was excellent: 5/5.

I went through the drive-thru, and my order was correct, which is worth mentioning. However, that's about the extent of the good news. The experience was pretty standard—nothing exceptional, just typical fast food and menu options.

The staff seemed to be tied up in the back and took a little while to come out. The food doesn't quite match the pictures in the advertisements, but it's acceptable in a pinch. I can't help but recall that it was much better back when Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, and Reagan were our presidents.

I usually use the drive thru and they are always very friendly and helpful. And the food was hot and delicious!
