Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lakewood

The worst chipotle in the opposite. the rude workers are in dispute. eating is worse than they would expect. they show a general disregard for customers. go to the 52nd Ave site where they were helpful and eating was not dry and overcooked.

I placed an order from this restaurant and was disappointed with my experience. The chips were stale, and I ordered a chicken taco but received a different option instead. I understand that some menu items are only available for online ordering, but there was no indication of this for the high-protein shell I wanted, and it got mixed up during my order. Additionally, I ordered a side of black beans, but they were mixed with rice, which I’ve never encountered before. I had to throw it away since I couldn't eat it. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

I was charged $1.55 today for a vinaigrette at this restaurant, which is surprising since they claimed they would have charged for it a month ago, but this is the first time I’ve actually been charged. I'm not sure if their pricing fluctuates based on how busy it is, but it feels like they might be taking advantage of customer traffic. Additionally, I'm always taken aback by the small portion sizes I receive. I won’t be coming back to this place regularly! As for parking, it’s terrible, and it seems like people in the area struggle with driving their own vehicles, which is perplexing to me.

I always order from DoorDash and the Chipotle staff never disappoint! My meals are always accurate and delicious, and they arrive hot every time. I really appreciate it!

Worst chipotle in town imo in terms of service. Went here over a year ago and I remember them being out of salad dressing. Today they’re out of dressing again. Lady behind the counter didn’t think to mention it when I ordered a salad, she waited until she made the whole thing and I asked for some at the end and then said they were out. Not permanent, just for the moment. My guess is they just hadn’t made any in a while. No “sorry about that” just looked at me dead pan like I should be fine eating a plain salad with no dressing.
