Feedback gevenBurger chain that ghosts its employees and suddenly logs them out of their systems. Likewise, they work with managers who never return your calls and messages. A business with terrible, inexperienced and unfair management, where people who have no previous management experience play the manager game. I hope one day your talented management will learn how to treat their employees professionally , but I don't think so.

Friendly staff, but the food wasn’t that great. We ordered a kids cheeseburger meal with ketchup only and a fish sandwich. The kids meal came with mustard and pickle—literally the exact opposite that we ordered—and the fish sandwich was extremely soggy. The lettuce they put on was the hard white part, too, which wasn’t a perk. Edible, but I’m not sure we’ll be back to this location after that.
THIS is what I asked for... May I please have a large camel toffee crunch spoonbender using the flavor of the month and lightly stirred, AND a small caramel toffee crunch not stirred but an extra spoon of Carmel in the bottom of the cup and a long spoon. THIS was their response, Yes sir, is there anything else for you? WHAT a great great example of customer service!
Don't leave reviews much but I was very impressed with goodtimes! Went to get a late night eat burger and fries were hot and fresh unlike most fast food restaurants these days.Highly recommend!
