Feedback gevenOrdered through doordash, said 18min wait. Order was placed around 11:30am, Order said complete 40 minutes later. No food had been delivered. Had to call since doordash has you call the store directly. They said driver forget my order? Its already been40 minutes. So they said next driver will take it. Finally got food after 1pm. The sandwiches are super soggy. I feel like Ishould have a whole refund including the tip back.
EDIT: I went to the link you provided in your response and after typing everything out, your link is bunk and doesn?t actually work. How convenient for you. I order a turkey sandwich for $16 after tipping the driver that showed up without turkey. Icalled to tell them and the guy that answered was like ?I can credit your account $5? what? So with your $5 credit I paid $11for a sandwich I?m going throw away? Who eats a lettuce sandwich? So he says he?ll send another sandwich. Literally did not senda sandwich. The delivery driver just knocked on my door with a paper bag of turkey. What ever high as fuhhhh manager is workingthere is literally so dumb.
The cashier was not rude, but obviously wasn't happy to be there.We ordered two number 9's, one normal and one with no onions add jimmy peppers (which costs extra), as well as a side of kickin ranch (also costs extra). The second sandwich came with a single jimmy pepper, neither hardly had any mayo on them, and the kickin ranch we received was incredibly watered down. Lesser quality than what I'm used to for a Jimmy John's.
Ordered a #9 with extra lettuce and cut in half. Bottom bread was soaked soggy with unknown liquid substance, and it smelled bad like something you would never want to eat. Adding insult to injury, it had minimum lettuce and was not cut in half. My lunch went in the garbage together with my opinion of Jimmy Johns at this location. And I was left hungry and without lunch, less $9...
Ordered lunch before leaving for the airport. Order confirmed. Nothing. No lunch. Usually 5star service but this time nothing. Now I have no lunch and have to dispute the charge.Update--3/7/22 I was told it was the GM's day off and I could not get my money back until the GM is back at work. I have now spent more time trying to get my money back than it took me to order the sandwiches. Still no lunch and they still have my money.Update--3/8/22 Heard from Tyson and the store manager. Store manager is working on refunding my money and Tyson apologized and looked into what happened. Turned a one star experience into a four star experience.
