Kfc - Lakewood

This restaurant tends to mess up your order almost all the time, but the staff is friendly, and it’s generally one of the cleaner spots. The food is quite good, but the soda tastes terrible because of the water they use for it.

I received a delivery order via Uber, but some items were missing. The quality of the food was below average. The chicken was so greasy that I needed two napkins just to blot the oil off one piece. The dark brown gravy was odd and not particularly enjoyable, but it was essential for dipping the chicken after I'd removed the skin. The mashed potatoes were thin and watery, and the portion was only about half full. On a positive note, the coleslaw was the best I've had recently. The manager has agreed to make it right by replacing the entire order, which cost me $30.91.

The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I accidentally left my phone behind, but they answered my call and allowed me to come back for it, even after closing hours. Thank you!

My server was incredible! However, I noticed that the prices have increased, and the portions seem smaller—both the chicken and the biscuits. Plus, there was no chocolate chip cookie available.

I visited this KFC last night, and there were quite a few customers. I waited for about 15 minutes, which wasn't bad given the crowd. The crew was fantastic, and the manager worked as quickly as she could. She exemplifies what a good manager should be. Despite being busy, the staff remained polite and friendly. I really hope the owner of this franchise appreciates the value of these employees. They truly represent the face of KFC Lakewood.
