Little Caesars - Lakewood

I visited the restaurant just 5 minutes ago. Cassidy was working at the front while Alexis was in the back. They both provided excellent service despite the busy atmosphere. Even with a constant stream of customers, they remained professional and friendly. Cassidy even handled an impatient customer with grace. Both Cassidy and Alexis did a fantastic job. This review is dedicated to them!

We always enjoy delicious and inviting pizza from this restaurant, and the staff is always very friendly. The customer service is excellent, so we will definitely be coming back again. My father ordered pizza from here all the way from New York and had it personalized for my son's 13th birthday. The staff, including the little ones, were incredibly accommodating in making this special request happen. This Little Caesars location in Lakewood is a gem!

On Wednesday, November 30th, 2022, I visited the restaurant at 9:05 pm. Before I could even speak, the woman behind the counter informed me that they had run out of items and would not be taking any more orders. The store did not close until 9:30 pm, leaving me disappointed. If you are charging premium prices for your pizza, you should also provide premium service.

I mean terrible. The service was not a problem there. Quick and beautiful. But the deep dish made me and my friend pizza? Understood. I mean, the dough was still SLIMY. How super understated and understated. It wasn't cooked. The dough was still slim and raw. Spent 30 dollars

Although I ordered a new one, they gave me an old hot n ready that you could say they were sitting for a while. I was there before the app said it was done. Even the lady called me Bottom, my name is Autumn.
