So I went out there to play Spanish 21/Blackjack for about a month now, and just like anyone gets back streaks, I noticed how their shuffler machine don't shuffle their cards. E.g. 3 shoes in, the shoe had all the Aces and faces and in exact order inwhich would favor towards the casino. Sure you can play there, but expect to lose your money, especially when you put downplenty of side bets in a consistent row, you're better off play with your main bets. The people that work their are nice, but Iwouldn't be surprised if their machines don't go through weekly or even monthly inspections to make sure the machines areworking properly or coded to the point where it favors them. Always make sure to ask how often their machines gets inspectedbefore playing any tables that uses shuffling machines

The House Fried Rice with abundant serving of Shrimp, Bbq Pork, and Chicken. 1 order serves 2... Atmosphere is casual and friendly. No slot machines but great table games to play. I prefer the smaller casino where the dealers and floor managers knowyou on a personal basis. Pai Gow and Spanish 21 seem quite popular table games there

Terrible Restaurant Bar Service here. The day before I went online to order. I was unable to find online Menu. So I called. There was No Operator Available to take my call. Cashier, Nor the floor Manager could help me or even attempted to get me toSomeone in the Kitchen. So I say ok, I know they have good fried rice. So today I go in person. Its a long drive but I just gotto have it. Its my Birthday. When I get there, I go into the Bar. The Bartender does Not acknowledge me. So I sit where she canSee me. I had to get a worker that was passing by to get her attention. She brings the Menu and just drops it on table. Still Noacknowledgement. No would you like a drink. No Hello. No nothing. And then I sit and wait to order. She never came back to thetable. I Refuse to give my money to a place with such BAD Service. THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. Customer Service is stillCustomer Service. I guess they have So much money coming in, that They didnt need my $100

I visited here for takeout I didn't go for the casino. I ordered almond chicken and chicken fried rice and the Walnut prawns. I was disappointed in the meal it was highly expensive and I thought I would get plain rice with the walnut chicken and the almondchicken but that didn't happen apparently since I ordered the chicken fried rice I didn't get white rice. So that was a bitupsetting to me and I didn't feel like going back since I had already left and I was at home. The server was great he wasfantastic actually I liked him a lot he made sure that he kept me up to date with my meal he gave me some water and he also gaveme a beverage. That's the reason why I've given three stars otherwise this would be one star. Again the food was overpriced andI feel like my order was incorrect. I didn't even get a fortune cookie. So I may not visit this location again for food or Iwould have to order something different.

The food is very inconsistent here some shifts they have chefs that know how to cook Chinese some shifts only have chefs that are only familiar in Vietnamese and American entrees. Last time I was here their fried rice tasted bland unlike the way ittasted back in 2016. Palace Casino is 1.3 mi away I'd recommend you go there for grabbing a bite to eat.
