Mama Mia's Pizza - Lakewood

I used to visit this restaurant a couple of times a month, but I haven't been there in a few months. Unfortunately, my recent experience was terrible. I ordered cheese sticks, onion rings, zucchini, and breaded mushrooms. The cheese sticks were undercooked and barely warm. I couldn't even find the zucchini on my plate. As for the mushrooms, I’m not even sure if that’s what they were; they were mostly just burnt breading. The onion rings were somewhat edible, but that’s the only positive. I also tried the chicken tikka masala, and after just one bite, it went straight to the trash. This place could really use a kitchen rescue. I won’t be returning.

I ordered a pizza from this restaurant and was charged for it, with the assurance that it was out for delivery. After waiting for a while, my pizza never arrived. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered, so I decided to drive over. To my surprise, the restaurant was closed! It was only 7:00 PM, and their posted hours indicated that they close at 8:00 PM. It doesn't make sense that they charged me for a pizza that was supposedly on its way while shutting down before the stated closing time. I eventually received a refund, but I had to reach out to the delivery service myself to get it. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and upsetting, especially since I wasn’t notified about the closure and the hours were misleading. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would!

We ordered three large pizzas, and I’m not exaggerating when I say they all had toppings that were barely there! It felt like a money-saving scheme. The taste and texture reminded me of the pizza I used to have on Fridays in elementary school—cardboard-like, bland, and chewy. This experience definitely deserves a comment. I’m giving it 1 star: 0 stars for the awful pizza and 1 star for the nostalgic trip down memory lane.

The worst service i have ever received the food was over fried and so was the zucchini the prices went up tremondously i paid $41.00 for 2 over fried fish dinners which only comes with fries and fish and an order of over fried zucchini appetizer.Lesson learned I will not go back that was stupid and waste of money!!
