The staff were very stingy with the toppings, when u asked for more (to equal what is usually put on a normal pizza) they made me and others in line feel like we were an inconvenience. Needless to say my pizza was so bad I couldn't eat it. If I wanted a pizza with hardly anything on it, only crust I'd go to a grocery store and buy one off the shelf. I have pictures to prove this. It was bad. When I asked to speak with the mgr I was told he was on break and couldn't be disturbed unless it was important. I relayed it was for a Complaint and they still refused. I then asked for the assistant mgr and was old they don't have one. I then said oh well I guess I'll be calling corporate then and the girl said go ahead they don't care. As u can see there r areas where the pizza is almost completely free of toppings and no sauce at all even though ordered the sauce
I just left the Lakewood location I am unhappy with the quality of service we recieved. I was waiting about 35 min to get my good. After my food was order they didn't take payment or ask for names. So as the pizzas were coming out they were just left on the counter to get cold. Several of customer had to walk up and ask where was there order and if it was done to find out it was sitting on the counter not in a box just getting cold. They just kept coming back and forth as the finally put the pizza in boxes to ask each customers if it was there. My pizza was handle by 3 different ppl I had to tell them which ones were mine and they threw it in the warmer till they figure it all out no I'm sorry they just gave them to me they were not even hot. They were cold I just left after a 40 min please go to another location if you can.
The pizza crust is excellent but it goes downhill from there. Starting with the server asking me if I wanted something unintelligible on it while gesturing to indeterminate sauces...repeatedly. I finally picked up olive oil (the alternatives were...butter?? and was able to move on. A couple of the toppings sitting out in the open air were well past their prime, goat cheese and salami, though still edible. For a less frequented store like this, setting out smaller ingredient piles would be intelligent. After I paid, I was never able to get the attention of the two workers again, who mostly hung out in the back storage area. Fortunately, I found the red pepper and to go boxes and helped myself. I 've only eaten at Pieology once before, a decade ago, and thought it was tasty. That was a bustling store adjacent to a busy mall so maybe choose another branch.
Love this place, was my first time and the people here are friendly, helpful and patient. They have vegan cheese and vegan meat and gluten crust as well. It's about $9.95 for a personal pizza with unlimited toppings the drinks are $2.99 and the cookies and brownies are yummy as well. Will definitely recommend and go again ??
I mean what the actual F. When did a personal pizza become $11.25 plus toppings? Outrageously over priced for what your getting. Produce toppings are low quality. Meats are above temperature for sure. 2 pizza were almost $30? Pizza hut i can 2-3 topping pizzas, bread sticks, and sauce for under that. Crazy how things change.... C-Ya!
