Smashburger - Lakewood

For any reason, it is not a priority for the personal to inform their customers if they are not able to fulfill the entire order. it seems that they don't have the GF-backs on stock for my order (understand.) what is not understandable or professional: expect them that I have to pay for something I didn't receive and the chic and annoying submission of the manager when I asked for a refund was cold and disappointing. if I want smashburger, I will not visit this place. I will also follow the refund. the unprofessional attitude does not give me the confidence that this will be resolved. we'll see.

I am a nurse at St. Anthony's Hospital and stopped by this restaurant on my way home. A girl named Nichole took my order at the register for takeout. I sat down to wait and realized I had forgotten to order a drink. I approached Nichole and lightly touched her sleeve to get her attention. She quickly pulled away and made a noise, saying "Don't touch me." I was taken aback by her reaction, as I had been polite. She seemed to act as though I was contagious. She then proceeded to make my shake without wearing gloves or a mask, and touched various surfaces such as the register and counter. I will be sure to inform my fellow nurses at the hospital about this experience and I will not be returning to this restaurant. When I brought up the incident with Nichole, she denied it ever happening, which I found hard to believe.

Absolutely terrible service. has the right order (in business) I said james no, I didn't need the incoming perfect error. had to return twice to the counter and reorder. ends up close to $60 for 3 burgers, half empty pommes, deads, 2 shakes and a drink. had I mentioned that I had to order twice? if I could give less than one star, I would. it became almost 30 minutes on the 3 orders. No one before us. eating was good, but not enough to compensate for the terrible service.

I placed an order through Postmates. It took around 15 minutes before I was acknowledged. It's understandable that they could be busy. When my food arrived, my side of onion rings was burnt to a crisp. I asked politely for an exchange, but the server rudely grabbed them from my hand and took them to the open kitchen where the rest of the staff made insulting remarks about me. They accused me of not knowing what I was talking about, called me stupid, and even pretending to spit in the food. When I called to complain, a woman named Susan lied and claimed that I had laughed about the situation. I will not be returning to this restaurant, the service from these women was terrible.

The burgers are delicious. I gave it 4 stars because the fries and tater tots portions were small. The crispy chicken was also very tasty. The shakes were not as impressive. Overall, the burgers were good.
