Feedback gevenThe restaurant doesn't provide accurate information about the sizes of their drinks. I ended up ordering the wrong size for my wife. Next time, I'll make sure to ask for clarification. The staff could be a bit friendlier if they waited for you rather than rushing. This time around, they seemed a little more pleasant during the drive-thru experience. The atmosphere feels quite empty! You either enjoy it or just move on; that's just how things seem to be.
I ordered a latte for myself and a small water with strawberries for my sick nephew, but I ended up being charged $5.25 for some random water! I called them and found out they've recently switched their water to a latte. That's fine, but I made a different order! This is definitely the last time I use their service. I'm going to Dutch Brothers from now on, even if it means driving three miles!
I placed a mobile order about 10 minutes before I arrived. There were quite a few people in line, but when I got there, the place was fairly empty. My drink wasn’t ready, and the staff seemed to be in a rush. What’s the purpose of mobile ordering if it isn’t prepared on time? If I don’t schedule my pickup based on when the app indicates my drink will be available, they shouldn’t even offer this feature.
I've been coming here for seven years every day. I have experienced many changes. something good, a bad thing. tomorrowcrew is more friendly. I would rate it higher; but I often feel judged here and this is not the kind of environment in which I want to spend time.
These negative ratings make perfect sense. I’ve had really bad experiences here lately. The last encounter a few days ago made that the last time I’ll ever be back here. I complained to corporate that told me the regional manager would be calling me back in a couple of days but I haven’t heard back yet. I ordered a grande mocha and when I went up to the window of the drive-thru they handed me a tall. I told the woman that it wasn’t the size I ordered and instead of just saying sorry she threw this major tantrum and yelled that it kept happening and stormed off while I was just holding the drink out of my window waiting for her to take it back. She finally came back and told me she can’t take it back and then said in a snotty tone to have a nice day. I ignored her and she yelled out the window again. Later that morning I called to speak to a manager and an extremely unprofessional woman that sounded just like the tantrum throwing barista answered the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and she rudely responded “ that’s me” I hung up and complained to corporate. This location has really gone downhill. I certainly will never go back and most likely will never go back to Starbucks again. My drink was already over 6 dollars and they still tried to hand me a much smaller size. Such a ripoff. I would have been somewhat understanding if she had simply apologized and made it right. If that really was the manager that answered the phone later she def. won’t be holding that position much longer. Get it together Starbucks! You already charge way too much but no one will tolerate such incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior.
