Subway - Lakewood

This Subway location is incredibly disappointing. It desperately needs new management or ownership. My orders are consistently incorrect, and the toaster is often out of service. When I place online orders, they rarely inform me if something can't be fulfilled—like cooked bacon or hot sandwiches—resulting in missing items or substitutes without any communication. It's really frustrating to come home and find a cold flatbread sandwich filled with rubbery meat. Save your money and choose a different place to eat!

Chris provided me with exceptional service; he’s truly amazing! I’ve never experienced such great customer service at a Subway before. He prepared my order quickly and perfectly! I will definitely be returning to this location because of him. Thank you once again, Chris!

This is the best spot underground! The staff is incredibly friendly, and they don’t hold back on the toppings. A big thank you to Chris, Bella, and Chip (I think) for the wonderful service today!

Delivery failed to reach my patient and they were completely unwilling to assist us
