Sidelines - Lambertville

Had an uncooked chicken breast tonight. No thanks, I don't want to die of salmonella. It might be kinda acceptable if it was only once, but I also had uncooked chicken at the Mellwood site, and another time a moldy bun at the Mellwood site. I don't want to come here but my SO keeps making me, but no more...I will NEVER eat at any Sidelines again. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER eat at a Sidelines again.

Nothing personal against staff. The food just isn't all it's cracked up to be. If you're going just for drinks, you'll be satisfied.

So during the pandemic once we felt safe to order out we have been trying to help our small local businesses. Sidelines being close we have ordered from them a few times. And while the staff has been great and helpful the food has not been the same. It's not every time we order but enough that it's brought me here. Tonight's order consisted of a side of Mac n cheese that I was up charged $2 for and my sons easy Mac comes with more than what I got! I got more fries that I paid 69 cents for! Disappointed to say the least

I am so surprised by the negative reviews of this place. Our experience was the complete opposite. We came in a party of 13 women who meet once a month at local restaurants for dinner. Some of us arrived a little earlier and sat at the bar for drinks. We were greeted promptly, and at one point the manager came over to introduce herself and asked if we needed anything. Mandy and her staff were fantastic throughout the entire evening. The food was delicious and hot and our server was quick, friendly and was always around when we were needing anything. We are definitely adding Sidelines Italian into our rotation of monthly nights out. Stop by and see Mandy and her crew. You won't be disappointed!
