Ava was fabulous when we came in! She was so kind and helpful even though we came in late at night .

This place is bright and clean. I 've always gotten carryout, but there is plenty of seating. I 've ordered the Baja Chicken Wrap a few times and it 's usually decent for a quick meal, though sometimes skimpy on the chicken and heavier on cheddar cheese and onions. There is sufficient staffing with three employees on duty and I 'm generally served promptly. The employees have always been very pleasant and professional. I stopped in over the weekend for a sandwich. You pay and tip first, then wait for your order. It 's actually a good thing that sandwiches are freshly made, so I didn 't mind waiting. While I was waiting for my sandwich, I noticed that smoothies are $4.99 when ordered with a meal purchase. (Usually they are around $7.19; I could be wrong about the price. The mango berry smoothie sounded good, so I flagged down someone to add a smoothie to my order. My sandwich wasn 't even ready yet. I was surprised to be told that I couldn 't get the smoothie for $4.99 because I had already placed my order. I pointed out that my food order wasn 't even ready yet. Still I was told that I couldn 't get the $4.99 smoothie because I 'd already paid. I asked if they could void the other order and ring it up with the sandwich and smoothie but was told no, that a manager was the only one who could authorize it and that she was off over the weekend. Then I suggested buying the smoothie and having the adjustment made by the manager on Monday. I was told that she probably wouldn 't approve it. Finally I decided to order another sandwich to keep in the fridge so I could get my smoothie for $4.99. I don 't know why I wasn 't asked which side I wanted (Love their kale with apple side salad which I believe comes with a sandwich in my experience , but at that point I wasn 't thinking about a side because it was such a frustrating experience. I didn 't really want another sandwich. I otherwise would have given this establishment four stars. By the way, their smoothies are delicious, but not delicious enough to overcome the ridiculous Corporate Policy . I 'm taking a break from this place.

I’m not sure who to contact with this concern. This place is absolutely amazing, I do not mean to be a debbi downer but the way the young ladies have their pictures on the window with their snaps attached is not safe at all… I promise I’m just trying to look out.Of course I’ll always recommend this place, everyone’s so friendly!

I ordered smoothies in the app and one of the smoothies taste horrible like it’s just ice and the customer service was not got great .

This kind lady was working by herself and a big rush came in and she did amazing
