Robbie Walkers Fish Chips

The two males there were off putting for some reason. I had to ask for the cashier 's permission to change my fries to a poutine, even though I swear I saw a spot that said 'upgrade them for x price ' The batter didn 't stick to the fish at all. Every bite or cut, fish was dropping into the box. Did I just not wait long enough? I 've had plenty of fish where this doesn 't happen.. Sure was tasty and cheaper though.

Had halibut dinner Friday 7/15 and it was FABULOUS. The pieces were large and meaty like I expected and there was a TON of fries. All of it was piping hot. Can't hardly wait to go back!

Tuesday's special is a 3 pc fish and chips and between the two of us, we can't finish it. It's less than $8!
