Starbucks - Lambeth Canada

First time coming here as I recently moved to ontario, and I'm happy to say this was a great first impression for this location. Steph was friendly, kind, welcoming and overall amazing another associate who I didn't get the name of was also great! Talked about work, what our plans were for the evening. Thank you for a Great experience :

Unprofessional staff preparing drinks with expired milk when you tell them they dont understand once they drink they gonna feel sournessNever go to store Sunday unprofessional

Today I ordered at this location and Steph made me my hot chocolate. I watched her handle multiple tasks at once while making my drink with care and a smile on her face. When handing me my perfect hot chocolate she told me she made it with “extra love” and she made my entire day. Steph deserves the world and she is not only doing fantastically in her position but also connecting with every customer in the store.

I placed a mobile and It took about 20 mins to get through 3 cars before me, then by the time I get to the window they gave me the wrong order. A little frustrating

Staff won't be quite at the window they are very chatty like they are supposed to be lol coffees and service always great there no complaints.
