Wendy's - Lambeth Canada

I always prefer to eat burgers at Wendy's only. I had ordered Spicy Chicken burger combo. For me they are perfect. Taste is so good that you'll go visit again.

There was a glitch with their app when I redeemed a reward and one of the staff basically accused me of somehow tricking the system and stated that I owed them money. She did end up fixing the order but never apologized or anything. Just started ranting to the I'm guessing the manager about how the til would be short. I think they may need some customer service training.

Sadly we keep swinging and missing on the food. Both my big man and little man were ill.... And this was supposed to be a redo. Bleh

I always use the drive thru as I'm always on the go. The staff are always chipper and helpful! Food is always hot and just like I ordered! Best Wendy's I've been to

The fact a manager had to deal with angry waln in. Was handled very well by all staff. Well done for this location.
