Grand Union Kennington - Lambeth

I visited this restaurant on a bank holiday Monday. The food was disappointing - the calamari was undercooked, the chicken burger was overcooked, and our salad was missing the chicken we had ordered. The service was also lacking, as they tried to charge us for a drink we didn't order. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The Tankard (BrewDog) is a fantastic spot to visit with friends. The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is tasty, and the drinks are brilliant. The staff, particularly Ana, Stefan, and Harrison, were extremely friendly and took great care of us during our visit, making it an amazing experience. Well done to The Tankard (BrewDog)!

Even with Covid restrictions in place, Andrea and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful night out with great food and service. Thank you!

I have just spent a lovely Sunday afternoon here with my 4 year old son. Andrea (our waitress) was so kind and helpful. She really went out of her way for us. We both left very happy and with full bellies from the yummy food. Will definitely be back again!
