Nando's Streatham - Lambeth

Recently went here and the food was awful, chicken was dry and bland. Live close by so was a shame as I normally enjoy the food at Nando’s but this branch would not recommend.

I ordered my food on deliveroo at 7pm tonight and by 09:30 pm it still hadn’t arrived. No contact,information or apologies from the restaurant. Take far too long to prepare the food

I brought my twin 5 year olds today and immediately the fussier boy tells me he doesn't want chicken, I'm about to leave when a manager Jack spots the problem and walks me through the options, we get the vegan strips with mash and he loved it, while the other boy had wings and both had lollies after. I really felt looked after and the boys loved the atmosphere

This was actually one of our best experiences out in Streatham. Manager Jack was delightful and helpful while efficiently running the dining room throughout service. Food came out promptly, with nice large portions. This will be our new go to when out in Streatham. Thank you Nando’s and thank you Jack!

Great people and food. Very warm and welcoming. The food was the usual Nandos fare and well prepared. The one negative was the order process using the QR code. Our cards were repeatedly rejected as was Apple Pay. In the end we ordered at the counter and the same payment method worked fine.
