Papa John's - Lambeth

I attempted to cancel my Uber Eats order at the Clapham Branch, but the female manager was very unhelpful and rude over the phone. She kept hanging up before addressing my request to cancel the order. She insisted that I had to cancel through the app, despite the app indicating that I needed to contact the branch directly. The rude behavior of the manager makes it not worth ordering from this restaurant.

The pizza dough is delicious and they are very generous with the toppings. Every delivery driver we have encountered has been incredibly friendly, and our food usually arrives within 30 minutes of placing an order. Thank you to all!

I ordered pizza for delivery, but the restaurant lost my order. After calling them and waiting on the phone for 10 minutes, they finally started making my food. They said it would be free, but I had already paid with my card. They mentioned they would talk with EAT IN about it. The delivery arrived 50 minutes later, and when I called EAT IN, they said they would not refund me because the food was still made. Additionally, they sent a small portion of wedges instead of the large one I paid for. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
