Feedback gevenApart from one naturally friendly female waiter near entente, service was androidesque. Allergy ordering is like no other and results in mains being presented prior to starters. Whilst waiter took away mains until starters served Manager could not have cared less. Unusually, we were not asked if further drinks were to be ordered. So, dullnouting with children, none of whom were engaged with, except bu bubbly lady downstairs. Wahaca received feedback. Cared even less then Manager here and even referred to checking CCTV??? After using Wahaca for over 1w years or so, never again.
We were really looking forward to having a meal here last night. We arrived at the doors at 5.30pm as we were on our way to the National Theatre. They were still on a lunch break! We have always had a good meal here so we were very disappointed. How can a lunch break last until 7pm as it said on the door. Many people turned up so a lot of custom was missed.

Very tasty food and exceptional service from Rubin who was very helpful and attentive. This was my first visit to Wahaca for many years and I was very impressed with the great selection of dishes available. We sat downstairs which was a bit squashed and there was some drilling noise from works on the building which was annoying. Otherwise it was a lovely lunch and I am happy to recommend it.
Food excellent and well presented. My husbands first time there and he was very impressed. Staff very helpful and willing to explain the menu. Beautiful setting overlooking Southbank. Will definitely go back
