Taqueria Jalisco - Lamesa

What can I say?? Another Mexican food restaurant, in West Texas!!...I will say, it's probably some of the best Mexican food I've had in a long time. The coffee and tea were good too. I had the Chilaquiles.... Honestly, some of the best I've ever had. The corn tortillas were thick, homemade and plentiful. I think I could probably order a stick of butter, some salsa and a stack of these, and be happy. If you are traveling through Lamesa, I would suggest stopping here, and trying this incredible food..

I gave 3 stars because the lady at the window was so pleasant, but the food was not to my likings. Food is terribly bland and I will be returning it tomorrow. A complete waste of my money. Update: Went to try to get my money back for the bland tasting food and the owner wouldn’t give it to me. I called the police, but decided that food wasn’t worth the effort of getting my money back! I personally disagree with all of these reviews!! You have better tasting food at the gas stations!!!

Nice restaurant, very good food, especially carne asada and carnitas. Excellent, service fast kitchen. Discovered it last year and made sure to go back again this trip.
