German we had booked for our group of 10 people over a month ago to eat and sleep. two days ago, I called back to confirm and verify that our booking was not forgotten (as happened two years earlier at the same place.) due to the strong traffic that goes down genf, we ran late in our schedule. around 20:10 a.m. when we arrived at the parking lot, where the way to the river starts, I called the restaurant to let them know that we were late and would arrive at 9 a.m. instead of the first 8:30 a.m. the woman on the phone replied in an unfriendly voice: «it is 8:30 o'clock, not later! ». I told her that we could not make the walk to the chalet just 15 mn and tried again to negotiate 9 o'clock. she answered in a very angry tone: « do they know every restaurant that is still served at dinner at 9 o'clock? ». I answered yes and she answered in the worst possible tone: « then jiust there! » before hanging up on me!

We had booked more than a month ago for our group of people, to eat and sleep. Before yesterday, I remind you to confirm and make sure that our reservation was not “forget” (which was already happening in the same and dazzling two years ago) because of the traffic from Geneva, we were late. a before leaving the car in the parking lot, I call the shelter to warn them that we would arrive instead of the reservation. I'm being answered: No, it's not later. I insist on explaining that it is not physically possible for us to make the way and ask again if they can decalate and, the distinguishing hood at the end of the line answers me with an aggressive tone: “You know, you, restaurants that serve I answer that yes, and the gente lady answers me: “Well, you have nothing to do with it!” "and hung up on me! english we had booked over a month ago for our group of people, to have dinner and sleep at the refuge. two days ago, i called back to confirm and to check that our booking hadn’t been « forgotten » (like it happened two years before at the same place.) due to heavy traffic leaving geneva, we ran late on our schedule. at as we were arriving at the parking lor where the trail to the refuge starts, i called the restaurant to let them know we were late and would arrive at around instead of the initial the lady on the phone answered in an unfriendly voice : « it is not later!
