E B I's Fast Food - Lanark

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but it can take a while to be delivered. I placed an order on a Wednesday and had to call back 70 minutes later to inquire about its status. Unfortunately, it had been sitting ignored in its bag for 45 minutes and was cold by the time I received it. The main issue is that most of the employees are young girls who may have other priorities because they are paid less. Despite these setbacks, I may have to find an alternative option in the future due to the unreliable service. However, I will not be patronizing the other chip shop in town after they mistreated my sister. Looks like I'll be making my own fish and chips from now on.

This cafe is easy to miss as it is located at the top of Lanark High Street. However, once inside, you will find a spacious and well-decorated space with good service. I only had a coffee, but my friend raved about the food options available on the menu.

I waited for 2 hours for my delivery, even after calling for an update after 1 hour and being told it was not ready yet. I ordered 2 pizzas and a portion of chips. It was the worst pizza I have ever tasted. The pizza was cold, the toppings were falling off when I tried to pick it up, and the base was undercooked. I would have sent it back if I didn't have to wait another 2 hours. I will never order from this restaurant again.

Extremely disappointed with the recent levels of service. We often order early to ensure we get our food on time. Today we ordered at 4.52pm online using the App, for a 6.45pm 7pm delivery. Called twice after 7pm to finally receive our delivery at 7.49pm The food was alright, but we won 't be ordering again anytime soon......and don 't give me the it 's Saturday and we 're busy .....we know! That 's why we have you over 2 hours notice!
