Service was amazingly fast. I ordered, got my cup and walked over to fill soda and my food was ready. It was nicely on the bun, the roast beef and cheese, some restaurants the beef is slapped on the bun and cheese all over the bun, not here which was a plus. The tables were mostly filled so it was a bust time at 1130 am so I was impressed. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. The curly fries were hot. This is one of the better Arby's I was at so if in a hurry to get your food during lunch hour this would be a good place to go.
It's now 6:35 PM, and the phone is still busy. Is this how a busy restaurant operates? I'm left with food that I now have to heat up in the microwave, which doesn't taste as good. As a suggestion for better customer service, perhaps you should take the phone off the hook or do something to reduce the number of wrong orders. I attempted to call 23 times within a 12-minute span, but I never got through. This experience has been quite disappointing.
I had a great experience at the restaurant. The sandwich makers were quick and well-informed. Each sandwich weighed exactly what I ordered, and they always asked if I wanted sauces. The tables and floors were marked for safety, which I appreciated. The restroom was clean, and my friend always comments on how well-maintained it is. They had hand sanitizer stations available for customers throughout the place. The staff consistently wore masks. I had requested Arby's for a birthday dinner a while back, and I highly recommend it.
Is it the same old Arby’s? What do you think? It’s good, but I feel like it’s outdated and not really relevant anymore. Still, it tastes good, like something from the '90s.
