They offer a very limited selection of cruelty-free cupcakes, which are quite dry and not worth the price. It's clear that people opt for fully vegan establishments instead, as these cupcakes contribute to the perception that vegan eating can be disappointing.

I saw someone enjoying a vegan treat, so I decided to go inside. The red cupcake I tried was delicious! The staff was friendly, and one of them mentioned their commitment to supporting the environment, one vegan cupcake at a time. They also offered a brownie for around $7; it was quite large! However, I felt that the prices were a bit high given their limited selection of vegan items.

The customer service is lacking, and the vegan options are quite disappointing. The cake was extremely dry, although the frosting was tasty.

I had the cutest cake for my son's 3rd birthday! What really stood out was how communicative the bakers were. I exchanged emails with them for a couple of weeks to finalize the details, and they were incredibly accommodating and creative. When I requested to move the pickup date to an earlier time with just a couple of days' notice, especially over the Easter weekend, they went above and beyond to ensure I had the cake ready. I know it probably wasn't easy for them, but they were so kind and delivered perfectly. My boyfriend and I visited this place on $2 Tuesday, and we received outstanding service along with some incredible cupcakes. Everything looks and tastes fantastic! I will definitely be returning.
