I ordered a nacho plate with three toppings and waited for over an hour for my food to arrive, but it never showed up. When I called to check on my order, I was informed that one of the toppings was unavailable, yet they never bothered to reach out to me about it so I could choose a different one. This lack of communication is quite unprofessional. I was then told that I would receive a refund, but I’m still wondering where my food is. I was willing to spend $20–30 per person, but the experience was disappointing. I only recommend the nachos, but only if you’re lucky enough to get them.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered food, and it arrived in a messy state. Despite requesting no turkey, they included it anyway, and the food was soggy. I was surprised that a BBQ place didn't offer three different meats to choose from, despite their advertising. Overall, it was a letdown with poor service and subpar food. Food: 1, Service: 1. Never again!

I will definitely be returning! The food was excellent. Ratings: Food: 4, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 4. I highly recommend the Links, Chopped Beef, and Loaded Baked Potato.

My 1st visit and not too impressed! I got a Rib sliced brisket sandwiche with sauce on the side. They might need to check their warmer temp because the ribs was kinda dry, old looking and not tender. The brisket was doable tender but wassup with the sandwiches with no pickles or onions! I will give a 2nd try tho and hopefully it'll be better.
