Jack In The Box - Lancaster

I always get good service at this Jack in the box. The workers are so

Food is good and hot. There are times of the day especially at night where it does get packed and it takes a while in the drive thru. Which if you're on a hurry might not be the best place to go. But other then that I always go there and early of course.

Service was great, friendly staff. Food just definitely doesn't look like the billboard ads ?

Everytime I come my order is wrong then I get treated like I’m being difficult. lol ordered a large only to get a large order of fry crumbs, wrong drinks, and food not made with the extras I paid for then was told I can’t receive. Refund because it takes too long.My #13 grilled chicken wasn’t made complete and had bbq sauce added on it which is something I did not order and both my son and I received cold left over crumbs for our fries. I need a full refund. Not to mention you never answer or return phone calls

The night staff was quite rude. They accused me of lying and then abruptly hung up on me. This was completely unprofessional. They should definitely consider making some changes.
