Little Caesars Pizza - Lancaster

Worst Little Caesar?s location. Eating is never punctual, workers always seem high and have bad customer service. Wait for a pizza over an hour. 12 other customers with the same problem. 3 money back. 3. and last time here. Always the same problems.

When I ordered my 2 pizzas that ever answered the phone, it made it so easy and I didn't even have to repeat myself, it was great and then I knew that the 2 pizzas arrived nice and hot, the order was right and that was incredibly the best tasting pizza I had in the time, can't wait until we know pizza again, exactly where to see thanks to small ceasars Next time

Really wasn't happy with Little Caesars. It took an hour and 15 minutes for a paprika and sausage pizza. And the employees are like they don't want it anyway. So it makes you wonder how your food will really taste. Very unhappy workers.

No matter how busy it is, I always wait for 30 min or longer, even if the cashier gave me a time of 15-20 min they need better customer service you will stand there for 5 min and no one comes to the front they go and act as they do not see u standing. Update it is September 14 2022 thought I would give them another chance boy has changed nothing I order online to be 6:45 estimated time for it. It would be 7:06-7:11 tell me why it is now 7:30 and then barley put my order in the oven. And everyone there has waited at least 45 minutes or more, how is that possible? I believe that hot and ready advertising has gone and left the building last time I come here if you want to wait more than an hour for a pizza, this is the place to come.

Very UNDER staffed. I feel bad for the employees, poor management. The pizza portal no longer works, so it slows things down as well. . The pizza is average just like other LC's.
