Management pretty deceitful drive through order wasn't completed correctly as I would take some blame for not checking instantly however when i got home I did make a call spoke directly to management she politely took my name down as was directed to let someone know when I went back to pick up completed order I did just that and management on duty at the time in question made me feel like a third class citizen not even somewhat apologetic for mishap instead made me feel like it was all my fault for there short coming not being able to look and see what was in order Maybe just maybe if management did their job to train correctly and make sure the orders are done correctly this wouldn't have happened Advice to franchise owner TRAIN ALL YOUR PEOPLE TO DO THEIR JOBS instead of looking at your profits and loss statements
