Qdoba Mexican Eats - Lancaster

It's really amazes me that I have been coming here for a few years, and that food comes out every time to PERFECTION! Aways parking available super clean friendly staff GREAT FOOD FRESH HOT made the way you like it!!! It's like having my personal kitchen away from home. Worth every Pennie every dollar. Great job QDOBA, I recommend this place to everybody family friends coworker. A wonderful great place to eat in Lancaster, P.A

I always go to the Qdoba at the park city mall which provides very good service. I was expecting similar from this one on the Lincoln highways but it fell far short. First, you get smaller portions for everything. Second, the rice wasn't well made and so you feel the hardness whilst chewing. Thirdly, they didn't even give me utensils and so had to drive back to get one. Very irritated by this one, and so I'll stick to the park city one.

Not following health and safety rules!!!! Literally the worst Qdoba I've ever been to. The girl putting food in the bag was handling money and the telephone with no gloves! And in the 12 customers she handled did not wash her hands meaning all of our food was likely contaminated. This was on top of being in line waiting for 50 minutes with only 4 people in front of us when we walked in. 4 people, not 4 parties, only 4 individuals. They got a catering order and made the entire like wait for 30 minutes while they filled that order. The line was out the door and then some while everyone in line was discussing how we could leave being trapped in que. Then finally making it to the front in 45 minutes, they offered a burrito, and then were out of more than half of the ingredients for the burrito. So I was left with the worst, likely contaminated burrito I've ever thrown away, bag and all in the lobby. Not a single person there had any clue what they were doing, which tells me all the safety violations that were likely in the back. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Great place to eat excellent food, the taste the quality and the service, another great place to dine in lancaster, P.A..... great job QDOBA, employees are wonderful..!
