Sonic Drive-in - Lancaster

What a joke, honest to god. The date of this one start visit was on 02/20/2022 We came here after church, got here at about 12:15. And it is now 12:50 and we are just now leaving the store. Horrible service. It took the workers 20 minutes to tell us there was no eggs for the burritos we ordered. That would have been nice to know when ordering but no we waited a total of 20 minutes for just that. Then we told them just ONE of the items we wanted to replace. The lady at the window just threw us our food without me ordering my replacement and ALSO made us pay for the replacement since my fiancé ordered something ?of the same price?, beyond outrageous. We usually come here and have pretty good wait times. Granted it is the only sonic here in Lancaster city. The workers were handing food out behind us yet could not give us the courtesy of letting us know ahead of waiting 40 some odd minutes for food. 20 on of which was to tell us they didn?t have something when AGAIN they could?ve told us when ordering. Staff was rude and disrespectful towards us as well. Will not be back here. They also got my replacement order wrong as well. So long story short will not be back again.

We were on vacation and had to stop by Sonics. We are super happy that we did. The smoothies are great. My daughter was really happy that she finally got to try their blue raspberry with nerds smoothie. We stopped here a few times before our trip ended. We tried the burgers, chili cheese hot dog, french fries, ice cream, and smoothies. Delicious! I love the fact we can park and order. They bring the food out to you. I hope they open one in Hawaii!!!

The young girl brought my food! No smile at all. Said 7.90, I'll give her $10 and ask for Mayo! She said you wanted to move back, I said yes! When she came back, she gave me 1 pack of Mayo and gave me $1. 10! I gave her $1, which I had prepared for her tip! She thought I didn't know she held $ 1 of my change. Be tired of your change at Sonic! Not the dollar as it was taken!

We come here quite often and had good experiences so far. The food is usually quite good. I just wish they would add more variety to their menu.

Slowwest service ever at a sonic location... Burger beung was not just so thick, it was wet. The note came out cold, and the hot dog was quite vacuum-tight in the bag, which sat it so long before it came out. Even to just go take Senf and Mayo took the server 8-10 minutes while our food became colder. Not impressed.
