Bojangles - Lancaster County

Ordered a 3 piece supreme combo received these really small, overcooked tenders.

Went to this Bojangles and paid $18.00 for food including a 3 Wing Dinner and they had the nerve to give us a wing full of feathers and another wing with the drumstick part of it completely chopped off and more feathers. I wouldn’t be surprised if they chop off pieces of the wings all day so they could snack on them and give the paying customer the remainder of the wing. That’s probably why my husband got his meal from KFC down the street. If corporate even cares the date was 03/23/24…the time was 6:52 PM. This way they could figure out who was on duty and reprimand them for representing Bojangles in this way. If I could give them minus 10 stars I would. Next time I’ll follow my husband and get KFC!!! ??

I order 3 pc leg and thigh meal with rice n fries the fries were so bad the rice tasted burnt and the chicken tasted like it was cooked and reheated. The bad part it was 11:30 in the morning so unless they did that then the fries had to be from the morning it’s sad when you order food and ppl just don’t care how the food is when they give it to you. My hubby wouldn’t eat his tenders cause they were over cooked . Money just wasted ! Maybe they need ppl that care !

I rarely review restaurants, but I couldn’t not interview this Bojangles location. Every employee I’ve ever interacted with here is SO NICE! Idk what they are doing differently from other fast food places, but they are doing something right. The employees are always in a such a good mood and are super friendly. I will always choose this location for that reason.

It dosen't matter what time of day I come here the food is NEVER fresh. Don't go to this one.
