West End Bagels - Lancaster County

Good when you get what you ordered. Every time we place an online order there is something wrong. Either we get someone else’s item or a sandwich is missing bacon, cheese etc which is always an additional cost. I let it go for the first 4 times but this is the 5th time it’s happened.

Went there yesterday for the first time and it was fantastic. Food, selection, staff was great. Will be back. Delicious.Parking: Plenty of room for parking.

Best bagels I’ve had in NC thus far! Their bagels are true to my NY heart. Will be coming back here cuz it felt like home. Definitely would recommend trying out their NY staff pick from the menu.

So far I only had the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a roll or a bagel. Delicious!

I used to LOVE this place but every time I order now it’s always something wrong. I got a completely different bagel once, I pay for extras on the bagels and it’s always wrong. I just think the staff might have changed but it’s not what I remembered this place to be. They do fix your bagel if they are incorrect but when they fix it, the cheese is never heated up so you’re eating cold meat and cheese since they had to fix it and it’s just unpleasant.
