Café Istanbul Lancaster

Really big portions with great taste. Haven't had Turkish food before so can't comment on the authenticity but as far as food goes its pretty good.

After dropping son at Lancaster uni went into Lancaster and decided on this restaurant for lunch, glad i did. Had humus starter and then sizzling lamb meal, lovely. Only downside is there's no wine or beer to top it off but i had a lovely drink called ayran which goes really well with the food here.

The best in food in Lancaster. We usually eat in but we also order on some occasions and the delivery service is excellent, food always arrives piping hot and delicious. We ate in few weeks ago and chose to have the large sharing platter think it was called, and WOW it was delicious. The service is outstanding, I have an Autistic son and they have so much awareness and the staff always go out of their way to make him feel at ease. Best in town!!!
